Yummy, kid-friendly breakfast that can be eaten on the go, if need be. Make it the night before and it’s ready to go in the morning for a quick, healthy breakfast. Great protein, calcium and fiber. Just don’t tell the kids it’s healthy!
In a small saucepan, bring milk and salt just to boiling. Stir in couscous. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
Divide couscous among six 8 oz. plastic cups (or to-go containers with lids). Top each with frozen berries and yogurt.
Cover and chill overnight. Top with granola before serving.
