I can’t stop thinking about this recipe from Tasty Kitchen Member Apricosa (Erica). The light filling of cottage cheese, feta cheese, and tomato sounds delicious at this time of year…but it’s the beautiful light green crust—the result of the addition of basil—that really caught my eye. I’ll be trying this over the weekend, as I have tomatoes and basil I need to use. I just love the way it looks, and I can only imagine how delicious it is.
Here’s the recipe:

This.Looks.Amazing. Might have to make it next week, I've already done my shopping for this week! Bummer. But now I get to look forward to next week! The only food processor I have is an attachment for my blender. Will that be too small for the dough?6

This looks great, but you also have to shine the light on a former submission...something like "rosemary, artichoke, feta tomato tart"...because it's my favourite recipe ever from Tasty Kitchen. It's similar to this and needs to share the lime light. I'm actually making it tomorrow. Not to take away from this treasure, which I will try in the future!8

I tried this a few weeks ago when i had company. Imagine my surprise when I found I bought the cottage cheese with pineapple (after much thought (a minute or two) I used it anyway (desperation) and it was fabulous:) You are in for a culinary treat:)12

Made this for dinner last night - completely awesome. Everyone loved it. I totally did NOT follow instructions and made it in a metal tart pan - it turned out really well! thanks for a great recipe.13
