I made these a few weeks ago and they were alright. The taste was very similar to a peanut butter cookie, but it was a lot more work. I had trouble getting the chocolate batter to surround the peanut butter mixture without cracking, and ended up with a bunch of left over peanut mixture. I just don’t think these were worth the extra effort.

This is probably the recipe from here that I’ve made the most. Though I will say it’s a million times easier with my KitchenAid. I made a batch without and had a lot of trouble getting the chocolate dough to be the right consistency. I’m not sure what I did wrong.
Definitely take a lot longer than typical cookies, but I think it’s more than worth it.

WOW…these are SOOOO good! Very easy, but take longer than a typical batch of cookies because of the separate mixtures and rolling required. But the extra time is worth it! Would be a lot of fun to make with kids! Thanks for this!

Oh, I can’t even describe how amazing these are! So good! They are like a reeses cookie, but so much better! I will make again and again!

I’ve made this recipe from King Arthur Flour’s cookie cookbook.

Theses are so good! I baked them on Friday and the whole batch was gone in 3 days. I love peanut butter & chocolate together.
Thanks for posting this recipe!

On the first day I made these, I thought they were too much work for cookies that were more sweet than flavorful. But by the next day, the cookies had mellowed into yummy bites of chocolately peanut butter goodness.
