Vegetarian Chicken Strips, cashews, and some other stuff rolled up in multi-grain flatbread.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drop the chicken strips in and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, turning to brown all sides. When done, remove from pan.
Lay out the flatbread and spread evenly with a thin layer of cream cheese. Squirt a little mustard over the cream cheese. Pile on a handful or so of the salad greens, then lay the chicken strips on top. Sprinkle the cashews over the top. Drizzle with a little Kraft Zesty Italian dressing.
Roll up, and eat immediately while the chicken is still warm.
