Great homemade sauce. Stir-fried meat, pine nuts and/or peanuts can also be added to this dish.
1. Cook noodles or rice. Fry vegetables with vegetable oil on high-heat until tender-crisp.
2. Combine soya sauce, vinegar and sugar in a small pot and heat on high heat to dissolve sugar, stirring occasionally.
3. Combine flour and water with a whisk and then whisk into sauce pot with other ingredients. Stirring occasionally, heat until desired thickness is achieved. Remove from heat.
4. Whisk in ginger powder. Taste and add more ginger powder if desired.
5. Serve over vegetables (with optional meat, pine nuts and/or peanuts) and rice or noodles.
