Fresh is so much better than jarred!
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
2. On a baking sheet, place red peppers down and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Rotate peppers every 15 minutes.
3. Once finished roasting, remove, cover with foil and let cool completely.
4. Once cooled, remove stems and seeds. Slice up and store in the fridge until ready to use.
