Quick and easy burritos.
Saute the pepper slices in the olive oil until tender. Dice peppers.
In a bowl, mix the diced peppers, refried beans, salsa, salsa verde, chili powder, and crush red pepper.
Warm burrito wraps in the microwave for 15 seconds, to make them flexible. Add 1/4 cup of the bean mixture to the wrap and spread in the center. Sprinkle with a few tablespoons of cheese, then roll up like a burrito.
Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, then turn over and heat for another 30 seconds.
Serve garnished with sour cream and taco sauce.
