Easiest, healthiest granola!
Mix all ingredients together and spread out in a large baking dish or jelly roll pan. Bake at 200ºF for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. For a more clumpy, crunchy granola, drizzle an extra 1/4 cup of oil over granola and bake for another 20 minutes. Enjoy as a cereal, with fruit and yogurt or sprinkled over your favorite ice cream.
