This naturally sweetened, dairy free pumpkin spice creamer is a healthy alternative to store-bought creamers!
Add almond milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract and spices to a high speed blender or food processor and process until everything is well combined.
Add dates and continue blending. If your dates are a little dry, soak for 10 minutes in warm water, then blend until mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Transfer creamer to an airtight container. Store in refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before using.
