A light refreshing veggie wrap with a Buffalo chicken wing flavor served with a yogurt based ranch dressing. Perfect for lunch or dinner.
Preheat oven to 375 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add chicken patty to baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes then flip and bake for 8 minutes more.
Meanwhile to make the dressing; in a bowl, add Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning. Mix until well combined. Taste to see if it is the desired flavor you like and adjust seasonings as needed.
Once patty is done, remove it from the oven and cut it in half. Place the chicken patty halves on a flour tortilla, top with dressing, lettuce and tomatoes. Roll up the tortilla and serve.
