A low-calorie meal full of vegetables and nutrients.
Pulse broccoli florets in chopper until rice-like.
Heat wok over medium/high heat and add sesame oil. Heat. Add onion, peas, carrots and ginger; cook for 5 minutes, stirring.
Push all ingredients in wok to one side and add egg. Stir to scramble, about 1–2 minutes. Add broccoli, mushrooms, and soy sauce. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring to mix all ingredients together.
