A healthy way of cooking tofu without adding any extra fat!
Cut the tofu into thick slices (about 1/2 cm).
In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Press the mixture onto the tofu (both sides).
Bake at 200ºC (390ºF) for about 25 minutes. Remove, let it cool down a bit and serve.
You can incorporate it into your salads or enjoy it with some boiled spinach or broccoli.
