As delicious as they are satisfying, these vegan protein bars have 12g of plant-based protein to help you power thorough your next adventure.
Toss all ingredients into stand mixer. On medium-low setting, incorporate ingredients together. If the dough seems too dry, add a splash more of milk. If it seems too wet, add more flaxseed or oat flour.
Once it starts to hold its shape easily, transfer to medium (ungreased) casserole dish. Press (or roll) down until uniform shape.
Freeze for at least 1 hour and cut into 9 semi-even pieces. Keep in freezer as they start to lose their shape if left out too long.
