Vegan macaroni and cheese, made cheesy using a nutritional yeast sauce.
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine nutritional yeast, flour and seasonings. Whisk in milk, and continue to whisk constantly over medium heat until boiling. Remove from heat, stir in butter and then mix the sauce and pasta together.
You can eat as is or pour pasta into a greased baking dish and top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 350ºF for 20–30 minutes.
