Description

Vegan Kale Pesto, this can be made in under 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Kale Leaves Thick Stems Removed
  • ½ cups Fresh Basil Leaves
  • ½ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1  Juiced Lemon
  • ¼ cups Slivered Almonds

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a 7-cup (or larger) food processor. Pulse 30 seconds or until it’s all blended together and creamy.

Serve over zucchini noodles, crackers, add as a pizza sauce … the possibilities are endless!

Makes about 1 cup.
