Vegan Granola with Nuts and Seeds
Preheat oven to 300ºF (150ºC) and prepare a baking tin with baking paper.
In a small bowl, combine all the topping ingredients. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all of the granola ingredients, except dried cherries. Pour the topping over the granola and mix well.
Put baking paper on a baking sheet. Scatter granola on it. Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove granola from the oven and pour it back into the big bowl. Mix in dried cherries and allow it to cool.
It needs to completely cool before transfering into a storage container.
Serve with fortified almond milk.
