Description

Quick, healthy sweet potato banana breakfast bake.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Almond Butter
  • 2 cups Almond Milk, Plus More To Serve
  • 2 whole Bananas, Chopped
  • 1 pound Sweet Potato, Diced

Preparation

Preheat oven to 440ºF (225ºC).

Use a big bowl and mix all the ingredients. Transfer to a baking dish or a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake for about 25 minutes.

Let it cool a little bit before serving. Serve with almond milk.
