The best banana bread you will ever have! Sugar-free never tasted so good!
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
1. In a stand mixer, add eggs, vanilla, milk, applesauce and stevia or honey and blend well.
2. Add bananas and cream cheese and mix until combined.
3. In another bowl combine flax, flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda and mix well.
4. Add 1 cup of the flour mixture to the mixer and mix. Add the remaining flour mixture and mix until all is incorporated. Add the chocolate chips now, if using any.
5. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and pour mixture into pan.
6. Bake for 75 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out easily with just a few crumbs.
