A great-tasting ice cream for diabetics or those who are sugar intolerant. Regular sugar can be substituted. Delicious!
Put all ingredients into a bowl and stir with whisk to combine. Chill the mixture for 1 hour if your ice cream maker doesn’t have a chilled bowl. Pour mixture into ice cream maker and proceed according to manufacturer’s instructions. When finished, transfer ice cream to freezer-safe container to firm up a little bit.
Makes about 1 quart.
