A quick and easy sugar-free zero carb snack or dessert. Packed with fruit flavor, and easily adjusted to any flavor combination you can dream up. Suitable for Atkins, keto, lchf, low carb, diabetic, low glycemic, gluten-free, dairy-free.
Pour 1/4 cup of the flavored water into a glass measuring cup or small bowl. Sprinkle gelatine powder over the top and let sit for 1 minute. Microwave mixture for 30–40 seconds, or until gelatine is dissolved. Stir just once to make sure it’s all mixed up.
Pour into glass storage dish. Add remaining beverage, flavor fruit extract, and flavor water enhancer. Taste for flavor, and add more enhancer if needed. Stir to mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firmly set.
Note: For the version in the photo, I used Ocean Spray PACT Cranberry Raspberry drink, raspberry extract, and Refreshe raspberry lemonade flavor enhancer. Try different combinations, and see which one is your favorite.
