Description

Who knew something so simple would make the tastiest, healthiest little bites!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Large Bananas
  • ⅓ cups Natural, Creamy Peanut Butter
  • ⅓ cups Sugar Free, Vegan Chocolate
  • Crushed Raw Nuts (optional)

Preparation

Slice up your bananas into 1/2-inch thick pieces. Place about 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter on top of each slice. Place in the freezer.

While the banana bites are chilling, carefully melt the chocolate. Remove the bananas from the freezer and gently pour a little chocolate over each piece, swirling the chocolate around the edges to form a nice coating. Sprinkle with finely crushed walnuts, pecans or peanuts and serve.
