This quick and easy raw vegan dessert is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.
Pulse the ingredients for the pecan mixture (everything except the whole pecans, for topping) in a high powered blender until sticky and mixed evenly (it should still be chunky). Place pecan mixture in a bowl to the side and then make the raw chocolate.
Blend all of the chocolate ingredients (be sure to melt coconut oil for this recipe) in a bowl. Roll pecan mixture into bite-sized balls and dip them into the chocolate. Place them on a parchment paper-lined baking tray and top with a pecan. Place in freezer and enjoy whenever the mood strikes. These won’t last long. Enjoy!
