Description

Portobello Mushroom Burger with Avocado Cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 6 whole Portabella Mushrooms (washed And Stalk Removed)
  • 4 whole Medium Shallots (thinly Sliced)
  • 1 whole Avocado, Mashed
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper, Ground
  • 20-¼ ounces, weight Whole Grain Burger Buns
  • 3 whole Medium Tomatos, Sliced

Preparation

To a big skillet, add olive oil. Fry mushrooms 5 minutes on both sides.

In a small skillet, sauté shallots for about 5–10 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix avocado, lime, salt and pepper.

Toast burger buns if desired. Add sliced tomato, shallots, avocado cream and portabella mushrooms.
