Portobello Mushroom Burger with Avocado Cream.
To a big skillet, add olive oil. Fry mushrooms 5 minutes on both sides.
In a small skillet, sauté shallots for about 5–10 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix avocado, lime, salt and pepper.
Toast burger buns if desired. Add sliced tomato, shallots, avocado cream and portabella mushrooms.
