Homemade cinnamon baking chips, made healthy!
Preheat the oven to 300 F.
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl until everything comes together.
Spread the mixture into a thin disk on a a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 300 F for 17-18 minutes. The mixture will have spread out and be a little bubbly. Remove pan from oven, set it on a rack and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, gently fold the thin disk in half and press down. This will decrease cutting and you can press really hard to mush the layers together for thicker chips if desired. Cut into small squares and add it into all of your favorite recipes! If not using right away, store in a cool place.
