Try these chewy, caramely chips at home and never buy dried banana chips again!
Slice bananas into about 1/4″ inch slices. You can cut slices thinner than 1/4″, but they will be firmer and harder. A thickness of 1/4 inches will create the perfect chewy crunch! Drizzle slices with lemon juice from the lemon. Lightly spray your dehydrator trays with a thin coating of coconut oil or natural oil spray.
Lay banana pieces on the tray. Dehydrate at 135 F for 15 hours for softer banana chips or 18 hours for more firm chips. Store chips in an airtight container at room temperature.
