Description

Healthy Strawberry Protein Smoothie is a simple, nutritious and delicious breakfast idea! Packed with protein and antioxidants, this is a great breakfast in just a couple of minutes for those rushed weekday mornings!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Low Fat Milk
  • ½ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Sliced Strawberries
  • 2 Tablespoons Flaxseed
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • ¼ cups Whey Protein Powder, Vanilla Flavor

Preparation

Pour milk into a blender or food processor. Add yogurt, sliced strawberries, flaxseed, honey and whey protein. Process for 30 seconds.
