This is a quick, easy and allergy friendly oven roasted chickpea recipe that can be made as spicy as you want. Ideal for a school snack or even an after school snack.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Drain chickpeas and pat dry. Transfer to a baking sheet. Sprinkle all the spices and oil then mix. Spread into a single layer.
Roast in the center of the oven for 35 minutes, until golden, shaking gently halfway in between.
