These easy, lighter pizza bites are so simple to make and only use 5 ingredients! They’re the perfect snack for after school that has all the pizza taste without all the work!
Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Cut each tomato into slices about 1/3 inch thick and place on the cookie sheet. Rub the tops with the olive oil.
In a small bowl, stir together Italian seasoning and garlic salt. Sprinkle evenly over the tomatoes. Bake until tomatoes are tender, but not falling apart, about 12–13 minutes.
Place the cheese wedges in a medium bowl and lightly whip with a fork. Spread the whipped cheese over the crackers, top each with a tomato slice and garnish with basil if desired.
Devour.
Note: Recommended cheese flavors are Creamy White Cheddar Flavor or Creamy Mozzarella, Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Flavor.
