This is such a refreshing and effortless recipe that I’m excited to share with you. It is a quick meal with only sauce prep and assembly of assorted veggies of your source. You can even have a make your own poke bowl party!
Mix sauce ingredients together. Chop tuna into cubes and toss in sauce. Set aside.
Assemble desired amounts of rice, spinach, avocado, green onions, carrots, radish, fresh ginger, and cucumber into bowl. Add tuna on top and garnish with sesame seeds, fried garlic, and Serrano peppers. Finish by drizzling Sriracha mayo if desired.
