Description

no-bake tsampa energy bites with a great nutrition mix

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Tsampa (Roasted Barley Flour)
  • ¼ cups Almonds (crushed And Roasted)
  • ¼ cups Goji Berries, Soaked In Water For 5 Minutes Then Finely Chopped
  • ¼ cups Raisins (finely Chopped)
  • ¼ cups Sesame Seeds, Roasted
  • ¼ cups Coconut Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Cacao
  • 1 dash Sea Salt
  • ¼ cups Coconut Flakes (Roasted)

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together (except coconut flakes) until smooth. Make energy balls with your hands and coat them in the roasted coconut flakes.

Energy balls taste best if you serve them chilled.
