Healthy and easy snack to prepare at home!
Melt chocolate in a water bath. Add coconut oil and stir well.
In a bowl, add peanut butter, pinch of salt and agave (or maple syrup). Stir well until it has the consistency of a paste.
In each mold (I used 8 small paper molds), add 1 teaspoon of the melted chocolate and refrigerate for about 10 minutes. Once chocolate has hardened, add 1 teaspoon of peanut butter mixture and then cover with remaining melted chocolate, until all the peanut butter is covered.
Refrigerate again for about 15 minutes, then unmold. Enjoy!
