Cacao Coconut Date Bliss Balls are a superb healthy snack or dessert and are really quick and easy to make! Vegan, sugar-free, and dairy-free.
Blitz everything in a high-powered blender or food processor until mixture starts to go smooth and clump together. It’s ok if a few bits of cashew nuts remain.
Roll mixture into balls of any size. Roll in desiccated coconut (optional) and enjoy straight away or keep in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer (great in summer!) for those snacky moments.
