Description

A healthy and sophisticated party food! Vegan, gluten free and sugar-free!

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cups Dried Apricots
  • ⅓ cups Walnuts
  • 1-½ teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Raw Honey, Or More If You Apricots Are Hard Or Dry
  • 18 whole Dates, Pitted

Preparation

In a food processor, combine the apricots, walnuts, vanilla extract, cinnamon and honey. Process until the mixture is a rough paste. Fill the pitted dates with the apricot mixture. Garnish with a drizzle of honey, if desired. Enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
