Description

A FIESTA in your mouth! The ranch really gives it a unique flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Hamburger Or Turkey, Cooked
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Corn With Liquid
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Green Beans With Liquid
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Ranch Style Beans With Liquid
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Mexican Style Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Hidden Valley Ranch Mix (the Dressing Kind)
  • 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Taco Seasoning

Preparation

Brown hamburger meat. In a large pot, combine meat with other ingredients (including liquid in canned items). Simmer for about 30 minuets.

Note: corn or flour chips can be crushed on top for an extra crunch! A dab of sour cream on top might be another good idea.

This was wonderful. I <3 this soup. Not only was it yummy but it is the PERFECT thing to make when you are too tired to cook but need something to eat because you brown meat and add some cans.

This is a family favorite at our house too (minus the greeen beans). We top ours with crushed tortilla chips, shredded cheddar and fresh cilantro.
DELISH!

We make taco soup at our house too. I have never tried it with the pack of ranch in it, sounds delicious! I will have to try that soon.

Such a great and easy recipe! Something that can be thrown together in a pinch and great for leftovers. I added shredded cheese on top, kind of like chili. I live in TX and even make it during the hot summer, I love it that much!
