Chicken soup made Tex-Mex style with green chilies, corn and two types of beans. Perfect for fall evenings!
Combine everything in a large stock pot. Bring to a boil, cover the pot and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 45 minutes.
Serve with cheese, Fritos, sour cream, jalapenos and hot sauce!
