A hearty, beany, flavorful, cheesy soup that is more like a chili. But better.
Add everything (except sour cream and corn chips) to a slow cooker and set on high for 4 hours. Don’t worry about draining and rinsing the beans, just dump everything in. Serve over corn chips and add a dollop of sour cream on top.
