Description

It’s simple, it’s cheap, it’s delicious!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, weight Split Peas
  • 2 cups Diced Carrots
  • 1 whole Meaty Bone
  • 6 cups Chicken Broth, Plus More For Reheating
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Spices
  • ½ Tablespoons Salt, Plus More To Taste
  • Freshly Ground Pepper

Preparation

Layer ingredients in an electric pressure cooker. Set to high pressure for 25 minutes.

Or, you can also layer ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
