Our version of Panera Bread’s Thai broth bowl is healthy and delicious. This is a healthy chicken and vegetable broth bowl.
Cook pasta, rice or quinoa according to package directions.
Arrange vegetables on platter.
Heat broth in saucepan with ginger and soy sauce until boiling. Turn heat off and add lemon juice. Add meat, pasta, and veggies to bowl and top with hot broth.
