This is a very easy to make, healthy, and delicious recipe for your baby! It is perfect for toddlers transitioning to solid food. Your baby will be hooked on this traditional Korean recipe.
Soak dried seaweed in water for 10 minutes.
Add ground beef into a large bowl with 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon of the soup soy sauce. Set aside.
After 10 minutes, rinse and clean seaweed 2–3 times. Cut into small pieces. Add 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of soup soy sauce, and the sesame oil.
Stir-fry beef mixture over medium high heat without using oil. When about 80% of the beef is browned, add the water, followed by the seaweed mixture. Bring to a boil. When water starts to boil, turn temperature down to medium heat and cook for 30 minutes.
Add remaining minced garlic and soup soy sauce, then cook for another 5 minutes.
