Description

I love this recipe in the summer when it’s too hot to cook. This is one recipe that I found that does not contain yogurt, which I don’t care for.

Ingredients

  • 2-½ cups Water, Divided
  • ½ cups Granulated Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Quick Tapioca
  • 6 ounces, fluid Orange Juice Concentrate
  • 2 cups Sliced Peaches, Fresh Or Frozen
  • 10 ounces, fluid Fresh Or Frozen Strawberries, Sliced
  • 1 can Mandarin Oranges, drained
  • Any Other Desired Fuit

Preparation

1. Mix the sugar, tapioca and 1 1/2 cups water in a medium saucepan.

2. Cook over medium heat until thickened and clear.

Remove from heat and add juice concentrate, 1 cup water, peaches, strawberries, oranges and any other fruit.

3. Chill in fridge and add the bananas just before serving.
