This is my new favorite potato soup! It is better than I have had at most restaurants! Sooo creamy and delicious! Extra yummy with some bacon pieces crumbled on top!

This was very yummy
I used Swanson chicken broth instead of water.
I didn’t have celery soup but used cream of chicken.
I used my immersion blender to make it a smoother texture too.

I made this for a girls lunch and it was super yummy! I made it in the morning then simmered it until lunch in the crock pot. I added a lot of extra milk so it wouldn’t get too thick. It needed more milk again when we reheated the leftovers, but it was really yummy! This will be a fall staple!

Really delicious and easy too. I was unsure from the directions – do you drain the potato boiling water or not?

Easy and awesome! We chopped the potato a bit too small and it ended up a bit mushy, so keep the potato chunks big. But very tasty and reheats well with a bit of milk.

This recipe was easy to follow and my husband (who is a really picky eater) said this was probably the best potato soup he had ever had. I think next time I will add some bacon too.
