Description

This delicious chicken vegetable soup is perfect for the wintertime. Throw it in the crock pot, let it cook all day, and come home to a hearty meal. If you can’t eat all the soup, freeze it in a Tupperware dish and reheat it when you need an easy meal!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Can) Veg-All (Homestyle)
  • 5 whole Boiled And Shredded Chicken Breasts (or Use Leftovers From A Whole Rotisserie Chicken)
  • 1 cube Chicken Bouillon
  • 2 cans (14.5 Oz. Can) Chicken Stock
  • 1 package (16 Oz. Package) Pearl Barley
  • Enough Water Needed To Cover All Ingredients
  • Lawry’s Seasoned Salt, Lemon Pepper, Parsley Flakes, Dried Onion And Garlic Powder To Taste

Preparation

Dump all ingredients in a 5-qt crock pot. Let it cook on low or medium heat for 12 hours.
