A cozy, comforting and hearty stew. Made with healthy ingredients, this nutritious beef stew is delightfully flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 1  Onion, Chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • ½ cups Butter
  • 8 stalks Celery, Chopped
  • 10  Carrots, Chopped
  • 6  Potatoes, Chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh Or Frozen Green Beans
  • 2 quarts Beef Broth
  • 2 cups Cooked Beef (cubed, Shredded Or Ground)
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3  Bay Leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon Dry Minced Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ¼ cups Cornstarch

Preparation

Sauté onions and garlic in butter until golden brown. Add celery and continue to sauté for a few minutes. Add carrots, sauté for another few minutes. Add all other ingredients except milk and cornstarch. Add enough water to cover ingredients by 2-3 inches.
