This all-in-one beef soup is hearty and healthy. It only takes 15 minutes to prepare and 2 hours of slow cooking for flavors to mingle, merge and intensify into an irresistible combination.
In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir while cooking until browned.
Stir in garlic, onion, potatoes, carrot, celery and tomatoes. Add water, flour, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and simmer for 2 hours.
