Aunt Holly’s Chicken Enchilada Soup

Description
Family gatherings, church events, pot lucks, cold winter nights … you name it, this is a hit! It serves many and pleases all. Our family almost always doubles the recipe. It freezes well, too, so you can eat some now and enjoy it later, too.
Ingredients
- 4 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 pound Velveeta Cheese (You Can Use The Mexican Velveeta If You Like It Spicier)
- 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Rotel
- 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken, Shredded
- 1 pint Half-and-half
- 1 pint Milk
- 1 teaspoon Sat (to Taste)
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder, to taste
- 1 bag (12 Oz. Bag) Regular Doritios
Preparation
Add all ingredients, except the chips, into a crock pot. Stir occassionally and allow the soup to become hot. Crunch up the Doritios and spoon the soup over the chips. Enjoy!
