Description

An easy pantry soup that’s ready in a snap.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 Oz. Size) Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
  • 1 can (8 Oz. Size) Sliced Carrots, Drained
  • 1 can (8 Oz. Size) Sliced Potatoes, Drained
  • 1 can (8 Oz. Size) Navy Or White Beans, Rinsed And Drained
  • 1 can (8 Oz. Size) Green Beans, Drained
  • 1 can (8 Oz. Size) Niblet Corn, Drained
  • 1 can (8 Oz. Size) Sliced Mushrooms, Drained

Preparation

Note: This can be made with either 8- to 10-ounce size cans or 14 1/2- to 16-ounce size cans. Use the larger size if you would like to make extra to freeze for another meal.

Add all ingredients into a soup pot with a lid. Cook over medium heat about 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Add hot sauce and black pepper, if desired.

Serve in bowls and garnish with croutons, crackers, whatever you enjoy!
