An easy pantry soup that’s ready in a snap.
Note: This can be made with either 8- to 10-ounce size cans or 14 1/2- to 16-ounce size cans. Use the larger size if you would like to make extra to freeze for another meal.
Add all ingredients into a soup pot with a lid. Cook over medium heat about 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Add hot sauce and black pepper, if desired.
Serve in bowls and garnish with croutons, crackers, whatever you enjoy!
