This Spring salad served with couscous is the perfect healthy lunch! You’ll have a delicious and fresh lunch in less than 10 minutes!
Cook couscous according to package directions.
Cut your tomato into small pieces and arrange on plate. Crumble your feta on top. Add your sun-dried tomatoes and basil. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with croutons.
