Description
Full meal Salad for those hot summer days!
Ingredients
- 1 pound Hamburger (cooked, Drained And Crumbled)
- 1 head Lettuce Chopped
- 3 whole Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Red Kidney Beans, Drained
- 1 bag (about 12 Oz. Bag) Tortilla Chips (Taco Flavored) Coarsely Crumbled
- 1 pound Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 1 bottle (16 Oz. Bottle) Catalina Dressing Or Your Preference
Preparation
After hamburger is cooked, drained and crumbled, mix all ingredients together and enjoy!

When I was growing up out taco salad was always made with Italian dressing. I don’t know why, lol. The catalina really makes the salad though. Good with a dollop of sour cream and salsa.
