A delicious sweet Caesar dressing, fresh Parmesan, Romaine, crunchy croutons, and yummy grilled chicken all make this salad a wonderful entree to welcome into anyone’s kitchen! I don’t care for using raw egg like most use for a traditional kind of Caesar, so I was quite happy to be given this recipe, which uses mayonnaise for a creamy substitute!
Mix the dressing ingredients and chill.
Wash and tear Romaine lettuce; set aside. Season the chicken breast generously with salt and pepper chicken. Heat grill and grill chicken for about 6–8 minutes per side.
Once chicken is cooked but still moist, place on a board and wrap with aluminum foil. Let sit for about 3–4 minutes.
Dress salad with dressing. Toss with Parmesan (to taste) and homemade croutons. Place on plates. Slice warm grilled chicken and serve in a pretty-like fashion on top of the salad. Sprinkle with a wee bit of Parmesan and serve!
Enjoy!

I personally LOVE this Caesar dressing! It has an absolutely
delicious flavor combination of sweet and savory, with a wonderful garlicky touch!
I’m so grateful that someone came up with a better
revised version of the old ‘same-oh, same-oh’ Caesar
Dressing! I would, therefore, have to humbly disagree with
the former ladies who critiqued this dressing.
Thanks so much, Miss Jen!

Personally i thought this dressing for this salad was too sweet. Dressing for Caesar Salad shouldn’t be so sweet! That would be my only complaint. I wouldn’t make it again.
